ICON HD Dive Computer
Description:
The Mares ICON HD is a nitrox 3 gas dive computer with a true full
color display. The information the ICON HD provides is easy to read and
continuously updates. Divers can switch the Icon HD to a graphic representation
of the dive profile in real time immediately after beginning the dive. As soon
as the dive begins, a graph starts plotting the diver’s depth with a continuous
line. One of the most innovative features of
ICON
HD is the new map function
where the computer memory allows you to store images, photos, as well as digital
maps of dive sites. To do this the ICON HD comes with a dedicated PC interface.
The ICON HD uses rechargeable batteries (charger included) and incorporates a
full-tilt digital compass. The Mares ICON HD is rated to 150 meters/490 feet.

Reviews:
“I really appreciate the Mares Icon HDs full color display. The color contrasting lighted display makes it simple to read and use even in poor light or
visibility. The fact that its rechargeable means its always going to be ready to dive when I am.”
- Reason Pylant (Assistant Instructor)
“The Mares Icons HD’s large liquid crystal display makes pressure and depth checks simple as well as being extremely user friendly when used as a logbook.”
- Dennis Reynolds (Rescue Diver)
"Being able to set three gases is nice. Being able to clearly see all three
gas settings on the main screen before you dive means far less chance of
forgetting to set a gas or setting the wrong gas. I'm also a fan of the RGBM
tables."
- Jerry Otte (DSAT Tec Instructor)
