PADI Recreational Dive Planner (Wheel, Table or eRDP) (Divers only)

Required equipment for specialty program

For all dives, students must have a mask, fins, snorkel, and appropriate exposure protection. Scuba divers must also have a dive knife/tool, scuba tank, buoyancy control device with low-pressure inflator, weight system, regulator, alternate air source, submersible pressure gauge, depth gauge, timing device and/or dive computer, compass and Recreational Dive Planner for the open water dive.

*Important: PADI instructors have the right to deny any student the right to participate in a dive if that student does not have proper equipment.


Requirements for PADI certification

PADI Digital Underwater Photographer (Level One) - Complete Level One Knowledge Review and one confined or open water skin dive or scuba dive

PADI Digital Underwater Photographer (Level Two) – Complete Level One and Two Knowledge Review and one confined or open water dive and one open water dive.

Monday, March 31, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Aquatic Adventures, Inc. Knowledge Development Session 1: Camera assembly and preparation. Read Section One in the Digital Underwater Photographer Manual and complete Knowledge Review Level One before class.

Monday, April 7, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Aquatic Adventures, Inc. Knowledge Development Session 2: Digital basics and composition. Read pages 35-57 in the Digital Underwater Photographer Manual.

Monday, April 14, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Group A)
Klotsche Center. Level One confined water skin dive or scuba dive: Basic composition and white balancing.

Monday, April 14, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Group B)
Aquatic Adventures, Inc. Knowledge development Session 3: Working with strobes and digital workflow. Read pages 58-84 in the Digital Underwater Photographer Manual and complete Knowledge Review Level Two before class.

Monday, April 21, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Group B)
Klotsche Center. Level One confined water skin dive or scuba dive: Basic composition and white balancing.

Monday, April 21, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Group A)
