National Geographic Diver Courses
Are you an explorer? Adventurer? Conservationist? If so the National Geographic diving courses at
Aquatic Adventures may be right for you. Here is an excellent way to learn or improve your scuba skills while doing so
through the eyes of a National Geographic scientist. Whether you are new to diving or an experienced
veteran, our National Geographic courses can help you look at the
underwater world in a very unique way.
New to diving? The National Geographic Diver course allows you to learn scuba and study the marine
environment at the same time. In addition to all of the traditional scuba skills, you will learn to control your buoyancy and navigate
underwater with confidence. You will also be given the opportunity to study your dive site by collecting images and creating a visual representation of what you observe.
In the National Geographic Diver course you will do the following:
- Learn basic dive skills and safety information through the PADI Open Water Diver course
- Study worldwide dive environments and opportunities by interacting with the National Geographic Diver Almanac
and DVD.
- Fine-tune your buoyancy
- Observe and gather information about your dive site by participating in an underwater project
