AAI Annual Picnic Set for August 6

AAI announced today that the sixth annual Aquatic Adventures Dive and Picnic will be held at Devils Lake in Baraboo, Wisconsin on Saturday, August 6. This year's festivities will include diving, hiking in the bluffs, treasure hunt, and another superb lunch.

Anyone interested in attending the picnic is asked to pay the registration fee in advance. The fee covers the cost of food, and those who register in advance will be eligible to participate in the treasure hunt.

Devils Lake State Park is located just outside Baraboo, Wisconsin, about 2 hours northwest of Milwaukee. Devils Lake is best known for rock climbing and hiking, but the clear water makes the park a big attraction for divers as well.

The picnic will be held near the diving area on the north end of the lake along the railroad tracks. Lunch will be served between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. The underwater treasure hunt will take place around 1 p.m. The picnic is open to divers and non-divers alike.
