June 28, 2003. 9:30 p.m. CDT

AAI announced today that the fourth annual Aquatic Adventures Dive and Picnic will be held at Devils Lake in Baraboo, Wisconsin on Saturday, August 9. This year's festivities will include diving, hiking in the bluffs, prizes, and another superb lunch prepared by Chris Polski and her catering crew.

Anyone interested in attending the picnic is asked to pay the $5 registration fee in advance. The fee covers the cost of food, and those who register in advance will automatically be entered in the prize drawing.

Devils Lake State Park is located just outside Baraboo, Wisconsin, about 2 hours northwest of Milwaukee. Devils Lake is best known for rock climbing and hiking, but the clear water makes the park a big attraction for divers as well.

The picnic will be held near the diving area on the north end of the lake along the railroad tracks. Lunch will be served between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. While the picnic is open to divers and non-divers alike, divers are encouraged to arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. The plan is to squeeze in at least one dive before lunch.

AAI will rent dive gear for the weekend at 15% off the regular rental prices to anyone registered for the picnic on a first-come first-serve basis. To register for the picnic, call Aquatic Adventures at (262) 938-6827 or email us at staff@dive-aai.com.
