The Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver course can open up the world of diving for you by giving you training in underwater photography, deep diving, wreck diving, night diving, boat diving, and more. PADI Adventure Diver

The PADI Adventure Diver course is an excellent follow-up course to the PADI Open Water Diver class. While the Open Water Diver course teaches the basic survival skills of scuba, the "Adventure" program gives divers professionally supervised experience in specific types of diving such as wreck diving, boat diving, night diving, and underwater photography. Students must complete a total of three dives, which can be done in as little as one day.

Course start dates: June 3.
Prerequisites: PADI Open Water Diver or qualifying certification from another agency; logged open water dive within the last 3 months, or completion of the PADI Scuba Review course within the last 4 weeks
Location: Bonaire.
Course cost: Wisconsin/Illinois training - $25 per dive plus certification fee; International training - $60 plus certification fee (books and equipment rental not included)

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

The PADI Advanced Open Water course is designed for divers who wish professional instruction in deep diving and navigation or wish to pursue other intermediate and advanced level scuba courses such as the PADI Rescue Diver course. Students must complete a total of five adventure dives, two of which must be deep and navigation. Students are also asked to view the Adventures in Diving video and read and complete the knowledge reviews in the Adventures in Diving textbook for each dive they elect to do. Any dives completed in the PADI Adventure Diver program can be credited toward the five Advanced Open Water certification.

Course start dates: June 3.
Prerequisites: PADI Open Water Diver or qualifying certification from another agency; logged open water dive within the last 3 months, or completion of the PADI Scuba Review course within the last 4 weeks
Location: Bonaire.
Course cost: Wisconsin/Illinois training $128; International training - $95 (books and equipment rental not included)

Scuba Review
